Olivia Shih's work explores the juxtaposition of strength and vulnerability. She is inspired by women who dare to strike out and make their own mark on the world. Based in Oakland, California, each piece of jewelry is hand carved and made of brass, silver, 14k gold vermeil and acrylic. Olivia is an advocate of conscious consumption and conscious making, and each of her pieces feature eco-conscious and locally sourced materials when possible.
